Hi to all, i set uo vicidialnow 1.1 and configured a sip trunk.

Now, to be able to make manual calls i have to remove the 9 prefix in extensions.conf on the configuration for sip trunks, but when i use the ratio method it wont show anything on the cli, i have to set the prefix to 9 so it gives any output on the cli but it still does not passes any calls to the agents, any help is much appreciated.

for ratio dialing did you set up extension 8365 in your campaign and extension.conf file?

Yes i did, its all working great now, i had to set the prefix in the campaign to x and it worked, thank you very much for your support.
