This is the first time Im getting this error
There is a time synchronization problem with your system, please tell your system administrator
Does that mean I have to sync the agent computer to the server time?

The reason why it was giving that error
is because when I changed the timezone, mysql acted up so I have to reboot the server and just repair and optimize database.

The time sync agent error is a new feature, we found that agents getting the message worked better than trying to get a message to managers or admin staff at most call centers when there was a serious issue like a time sync problem.
