I have 2 campaigns set.
Campaign 1 has 2 lists and hopper level is set to 10 and it shows 10 leads in hopper.
Campaign 2 has 1 list and hopper level is set to 5 and it shows no leads in the hopper
All the lists and campaigns are active
What could be wrong with campaign2 that it doesn't show any numbers in hopper?
Thanks

for some reason now it shows 10 leads in hopper for campaign2. Not sure what happened there. One question though.
After the list is done calling, how do I rerun it again. I can do reset but I don't want to call Leads disposition again. By Leads disposition I mean that once we call and the person agrees to our services we dispose the call as Lead. I only want recall the list for Drop calls, no answers and answering amchines. Do I need to reload the list or is there an easy way for that
Thanks for your contineous help

Just reset the list, then select in the campaign only the statuses that you want to call.

On that topic, is there anywhere a utility that will take leads from one list (based on the dispo) and place them in another list? Like ... Daily? (Nightly?)
Just checking to see if anyone's done this before. Seems like it may have some usefulness. I may even build it for fun if noone's done it just to see if anyone "gets happy".

There isn't a versitile utility that I know of that does this, but we have written several little custom scripts to do just this kind of thing for many of our clients.
