configuring iax service provider

hi,
I am new in vicidial.
Does anyone can help me with good how to's
i need to configure
1. new inbound number to be routed in my call centre
e.g. i have purchase an inbound USA number, and i want if anyone dials my USA number it will com to my vici server and designated to receptionist , when she picks up , then she will transfer the call to my available agents.
2. i am planning to change my iax service provider , so if i change where do i configure my service provider.
Please help .
At least direct me in the directions.
