Resolution doesn't matter to me. I am talking about separation of code from design, in the actual state of things if I try to make changes I feel like a monkey changing one tag after another.

Hi Gerski, i've got a litle detail with your interface, in firefox 1.5 the blinking cursor is not shown in the fields.

any idea how can this be solved?

You mean when you click inside a field cursor jumps out ? ... try to add <label>... </label> around it, or maybe a <br> after a field.

well, i've made some tests ad the problem presents with firefox 1.5, firefox 2.0 but it doesn't present with firefox 3.0

It only happens with this design, it doesn't happen with the original display.

The problem is more like you make click on a field but there's no blinking cursor inside the field, whoever you can write in the field.

it's the cursor that's no tiling...

i've tried with label and br around the input field but it's the same...

well i've managed to solve it, it seems is related to this bug

something to do with <div> and css styels, i've solved removing overflow:auto; and overflow:scroll; from the txt/css config. I only hope this doesn't damage anything around here.

Hi,

That's great. can you send the exact scripts you change so I can try it out. The bug is only experience in Mozilla. not on IE.

Agents are very enthusiatic. Thanks.

There is a feature as $agentcallsstatus

It display number of calls dialing and the agent dialing status.

But if we make Hot Keys active , it get Hide behind the HOT KEY DISPOSITION.

Can you shift it or suggest us how to shift the same above HOT KEYS button as there is some space where we can display this

Towards the bottom of the vicidial.php code you should find the spans that handle those fields, just move them to different coordinates and see what works best for you.

The problem with the script view is only when i insert an Iframe.
With the iframe the script is empty.

not yet. having a hard time to make it work since there are plenty of changes in the new version of the vicidial.

Vicidialnow will have the new design of the 2.05 you may want to check it out also.

If u install fresh i.e VicidialNow 2.0.5 , then it doesn't.

upgrade documentation is included in each release.

i KNOW you didn't just ask why to upgrade, did you? maybe you meant why does it work if you do it that way ... possibly because the files in question get "upgraded" instead of replaced and something in them gets fixed. But now someone has a functional version and has shown the method by which it became functional. That's cool.

If we can find out those files and changes , may be we can make Gerski version worked.

To be honest , Gerski verison is very good aesthetically and agents REALLY love to work on it than on generic version.

The PHP files have changed significantly actually, and if the version worked it was not doing everything it needs to do for everything to function properly.

As for a different version, you should really do development on SVN trunk because it will be the next release out in a couple months.

So bring it up to 2.0.5, then bring it up to 2.2.0, quick before the release, and maybe it can stay upgrade safe.

That design only works on 2.0.4 not on 2.0.5.

I have a working 2.0.5 but there seems to be a bit of a problem. I want to test it fully first.
