How to Create InBound Call Center with VicidialNow ?

I need to know how to configure vicidialNow for inbound process,
Outbound is working fine with me
Help will be apricated

There IS a single, simple, sample of setting up your first inbound DID within vicidial in the manual. When you have done it, you should have everything you need to set up as many Inbounds as you need in as many groups as you want.

Most of my clients have me set up their first one if they are in a hurry, but even clients I work for regularly have never asked me to do another one, it is too easy after you follow the directions the first time.

Please don't type in All Bold, it weirds me out. And please read the stickies and post your configuration (make it part of your signature) so we can help you better.

After you get into the manager's manual, if you have any difficulties, ask! We'll help!
