One recordings out 10000

Whats the best way to search for one recording based on Phone Number from a batch of 10000 recordings ?

Are these ViciDial recordings?

Have you tried looking up the lead in the admin interface?

I see a link in admin_modify_lead.php which show the link to download the voice file.

1) In my campaign setting I have select Campaign Rec exten: as 8309 but still it show me the link to download GSM files.

2) When I click on that link, it shows page not found.

I know abt asterisk CLI but not Linux.

might just be because it is a recording made today, have you looked in this directory:
/var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE/GSM

have you tried "updatedb" and then running the locate command again?

Any link to find the difference in folder : monitor and monitorDONE ?

I presume monitorDONE contains those voice file which has been disposed.

What if a call COULDNT get dispose and stay back as INCALL .
