New Server, How do I transfer DNC list from old server?

HI,

We just upgraded our server and upgraded to the new 2.0.5. The only thing important to me to get off the old server and bring to the new is our internal DNC list. What is the easiest way for me to transfer it over to the new server? Thanks in advance.

Upgrade the database on the old server(after making a copy of course) using the upgrade_2.0.5.sql script. Then you should just be able to copy it to the new server.

I managed to do this by doing the following:

Make sure the old server is completely updated, including all tables. Matt suggested how to do this.

1. On both servers, allow port 3306 to be accessed by 1 computer.
2. Run MySQL Administrator and add both servers as a connection.
3. Log into the old sever and backup any tables that may need backing up as a sql file.
4. Log into the new server and restore the tables using the backups just created.
5. Kill all the remote 3306 port access on both servers.

Worked for me for all my backups and conversions from one type of dialer to vicidial.
