I want to setup a voice mail message to play for inbound calls that have been in the que for more that 30 sec.
I got as far as the In-Groups settings, but my problem is this:
1. Where do I set the sec for the inbound call to go into vm?
2. Where do I manage vm ext / box
3. Where do I upload the message to be played?
4. Where do I find vm messages when they are left?
Any help on setting vm for inbound calls would be a great help.

Have you read the ViciDial Manager Manual?
Do you really want a "voicemail" message or just an on-hold prompt?

its a pretty long topic to post it here. but i have that working in my center.
manager's manual really helped a lot.

Can u please help how to do the basic settings for Inbound voicemail.so that before hanging the customer it should ask for voicemail.
