I hate to switch away from ViciDial

Postby Leo_Surf » Wed May 06, 2009 8:52 pm

but seems no choice...hope someone here can help me.

Guys,

I am getting too many No Answer Auto Dial and Answering Machines with high agent idle time. Leads are exhausting like anything. If I use the same leads on other dialer it works without any issues, agents make sales.

Somehow vicidial is not helping me here, and my manager wants to switch to other dialer, which I really don't want.

Please let me know what tweaks are needed to make Vici perform as desired.

Thanks in advance.

No answer auto dial is depend on your "Dial Timeout"
Answering Machines, if you enable detection it is not so good by default but it may be tweaked.
Leads are exhausting like anything: this may be related to your channel limit and setup of Max VICIDIAL Trunks. Allowing vicidial dial to a busy trunk will burn your leads in no time.

check your dial timeout

plus your dial ratio

and trunks.

also if you want better answering machine detection you can contact vicidial group to help you set up the sangoma call analyzer.

This kind of result is almost always a result of mis-configuration. Also, if you want better answering machine detection you could get the Sangoma Advanced CPA which is better than most commercial dialers' AMD.

I would recommend having an experienced ViciDial consultant taking a look at your system and offering suggestions.

I would love to go for the consultancy services, but I will have to pay from my pocket (which is out of my reach)...I would surely like to do monetory contribution though.

By the way - if we use any of the timing cards would that help with this?

Timing cards will have no effect on AMD accuracy.
