Hi matt,
I have t allow two of my agents work from home but pstn to ip is not approved in india.
so i need my agent to login to the vicdial server from home through the static ip and login to gis campaign and so when dialer dials for him and get the call it should through the call to his mobile or landline in his home.
Is this possible and if can u suggest some idea.

Sure, just use an EXTERNAL phone type. This is explained in the Manager Manual.

really thanks for its working great for me .
what i have done is , i have added

exten => 111,1,Dial(Zap/g0/9945605655,30,tTo,r);

in my extensions.conf and used the" Client Protocol" for admin phone of 111 extension as "EXTERNAL" and its working fine.
Is that correct or is there any other way of doing it.
ANyway thanks for your reply i done it as u said and its working fine.

There are several correct ways of doing it, and the way you did it is one of them :)
