in the vicidial_list table there is called_count and I am looking to get a bit more of a understanding of exactly what it is. To me it seems like it is the number of times that person has been called?
The other part of the question is, when you reset the Lead-Called-Status, does vicidial then increment the called_count when the list is run next?
Thank you ahead of time for the help.

called_count is the number of dial attempts when the number is actually dialed.
If you have lead recycling enabled it is possible for leads in the list to have more dial attempts than the number of times you have reset a list.
