Im having problem when loading a set of lead like 10K...then after its done i want to reset the leads that this particular disposition can only be called..like No Answer,Busy,Callback andAnswering MAchine, but what is happening is..if i reset the leads all the leads are all recyled including the sales and Not interested and other dispo..

What features can i apply on this setup and also how am i going to execute this.

admin.php version and build?

how are you resetting the leads?

do you have lead recycling enabled?

Hi, how do i check admin.php version build and also i have recycled leads enable-with 3 disposition on it CALLBACK, NO ANSWER, BUSY, ANSWERING MACHINE,

I reset leads by going to the list that where i loaded the leads like i have list ID 1115 then loaded leads there for about 10K- after all the leads are used then i go to list then Reset Lead-Called-Status for this list.

that's what i do..how do i used the filter features of vicidial...?

the version and build of Vicidial admin.php are at the bottom of the admin page.

Have you read the ViciDial Manager Manual?

You really need to get the Manager's manual and read it. It will help you a lot in navigating your Vicidial system. It's a must for any call centers using Vicidial.
