Recording setup. I need helo on recording setup.

Do I create a Vici box for the recordings to be placed on or can I put the recordings on the a file server?

The root to my question is that I hoped the recordings would be done a seperate box and not on the active dialer box.....celebrating 12 agents on a P4 for 2 days......with vicibox!

All you need is a machine with a FTP server installed on it to archive recordings to. This machine can run just about anything from Windows to Linux, just needs FTP server.
