Hi,
When i am logged in to test campaign i getting test call (You are currently the only person in this conference).
However when i am trying to login as agent in new campaign & make outbound calls thru Vicidialnow. it keeps on displaying "Noone is in your session: 8600051" very often.

Hi thr,
i have resolved the issue myself. it was a problem with codec as i was using a softphone that was configured to allow only G729 codec.

I hope this will help some newbie's like me

Now i am facing trouble in connecting to remote asterisk server i.e. minutes provider. trying to work on solution. any recommendation is appreciated.

getting same error can you please explain how did you solve the problem ?

Hi,
1. goto eyebeam properties. ( incase u r using eyebeam as softphone else u have to search for codec section in your softphone)
2. select Advance Tab.
3. Check enabled codec for eyebeam (Make sure alaw, Ulaw, Gsm are enabled).
in my case the problem was with softphone Codecs & nothing to do with VICIDIALnow!!!!!!!!!
