Hello,
Can anyone tell me which bits of the scratch install can be omitted if I am just using Vicidial for Inbound calls only? I think I have an idea but I just want to be safe so I am asking here.
I don't require any predictive dialling or compaigns. When calls come in there will distributed across various queues but I want the agent to be able to login. Maybe it can be done with FreePBX but the interface doesn't manage a large number of extensions vrey well.
Any ideas would be welcomed.
regards,
es

Install it all.
You need every required packages to be installed.
better yet get vicibox or vicidialnow.
Get paid for US outbound Toll Free calls. PM me. visit https://stopmanualdial.com for vicidial services.

How scalable are vicibox and vicidialnow?
How many agents and concurrent calls can I get on a server with the following specs:
- Code: Select all
2 x Quad Core Opteron "Barcelona" 2352 2.1Ghz
16GB Ram
3 x 750 GB Hard Drives - RAID 1 Config
All SIP calls and will be using g711u/a codec so no transcoding.
Thanks in Advance
