Hi,
Anyone there to help this issue. I tried now 4 different VOIP providers. With every provider I recieve same error, Registration for 'my account provider name' timed out, trying again. I can configure any sip phone on the same network with same user credintial and can make calls. I already open ports 5060-5061, 10000-20000 in my router. I also forwarded these ports to my VICIDIAL server IP address in router. I can ping my server providers from VICIDIAL machine. On Asterisk CLI, above said message is poped up after every 2 mins.
Best regards,

try placing your registration string directly into your sip.conf file to see if you entered it incorrectly or misunderstood the entry method.
Also, please read the stickies and post your configuration (including sep versions for vicidialNOW and vicidial which are different)/ hardware and list any software you have installed beyond vicidialNOW.

Hi William,
Thanks for your reply. I got this sorted. I want to share with others what was the problem. In my case problem was with my router, I just reset router to factory defaults and configure it and it works staright away.
Best regards,
