When agents log in they can not hear the phrase"you are the only person in this confrence".
I am using x lite soft phones with vicidial version 2.05
The agents can hear the message on some of my phones but not on others.

When they click on the "Show conference call channel information" link at the bottom of the agent screen when this happens what do they see?

This is what shows up:
SIP/cc102-0830a018 HANGUP
2 SIP/cc100-081ad080
I am logged in on soft phone cc100 and there are no other soft phones logged in why does it show cc102? I am a newbie. I have used vicidial as a call center manager but im new to having and configuring my own server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
P.S I LOVE VICIDIAL!

We have seen this issue with Xlite in several call centers, for some reason it doesn't let go of the call all the time. Another reason we recommend zoiper instead.
