Sorry -
forgot to set Agent API Active = 1 in the system settings...
Hi everyone,
I followed the steps from vtiger.txt to integrate vtiger into vicidial.
Everything works fine except the Click-to-dial function.
Whenever I click on a VCcall-number in vtiger I get the following error message:
ERROR: System API NOT ACTIVE
Any ideas?
Many Thanks
heinz

For anyone wanting to do Vtiger integration, I would suggest reading the VTIGER.txt document a few times, there are a lot of details in there that you need to be aware of so you know exactly how it works.

it's in the docs directory of the astguiclient package you downloaded to install VICIDIAL.
