vicidial.php version and build?
Do you have any duplicates in your vicidial_conferences table?

Im using Vicidial
VERSION: 2.0.5-134
BUILD: 80703-0124
And there's no duplicates on the vicidial_conferences....
What could be the reasons for the errors?
Thanks

If the agents are logging out properly then this should not happen.
What happens if one of the agents logs out of vicidial.php? Does it kick both out of the meetme conference?

I'm actually seeing this as well running 2.0.4.1rc4. In the vicidial.live_agents table there were two records with the same conf_exten. It also seems that one of them was kicking the other out of the conference, but i'm not sure exactly what steps they were following to create the problem. One of them is gone now but I'm going to be monitoring the situation some more tomorrow to see if it reoccurs. I've told both of them how important it is to log out of vicidial correctly and they're both pretty sure they have been.
