Inbound agent phone ringing

I have Inbound agent using ATA with analog phone.
Agent want to hangup the phone when finished inbound call.
When the next call come, the phone not ringing.
How could I make the agent call ringing when has incoming call?

Are you using ViciDial?

Are you using the Remote Agents feature?

hi mflorell,
I'm using Vicidial 2.0.4 with local agent.
My agent want to use the analog phone with ATA box.
They need the phone ring when the call come instead of the beep sound in agent web client.
In near future they also want to use Remote Agent.

ViciDial non-Remote Agents have to stay on the phone and have the calls delivered to them, their phone will not ring for every call, it just doesn't work this way.

I have created a remote agent, then it worked as i need.
