linking external database

I need to import customer data from an Oracle database, can it be done in vicidial. I have put the url in the campaign where it asks for webform and it is opening asking for username and password, i want to make it login automatically and fill in the customer details in the agent screen automatically. Can this be done in vicidial. I am using the latest version of vicidial 2.0.5.

ViciDial cannot automatically pull data out of an Oracle database to call. If you have the calls live on the agent screen then you can use the WEB FORM to link to a web page that contains oracle data.
