All installation and configuration problems and questions

After installing Vicidial 2.0.5 all went fine only the monitoring of agents part isn't ok. If we try to monitor an agent and click on SIP -> Listen all goes fine until the agent hang up the call and our call disconnects too.

what is the link when you roll over the LISTEN link?

Thank you Matt i just found a post about the same problem. It was the blind monitor that was not set correctly.
