No calls to predictive

Hi Matt

when i call to Mexico City to 525556179268 the call go fine to the agent in predictive mode, but when y try 524447994709 (is San Luis Potos) or any other state in Mexico the call don go to the agents.

in Manual mode works ok

Are you registered to your carrier?

What codec are you using?

yes i'm registred and i use the free g729 codec

This is a very strange case...

but try posting ur comlete agioutput and list compositions

Can you post the rest of the setup you are using (read the stickies!) just to be sure. Versions and whether there is any other software running on the box.

Do you have any other extensions in your system that may be interfering? (you list the _X. pattern, but are there others that may intercept your calls?)

Which VDAD exten are you using?

Your answer will likely be in the AGI logs unless it's something simple.
