vicidial and netborder CPA

I have two vicidial boxes running with Sangoma netborder cpa. Currently out of the box it supports acting from CPD-Result for answering machines and fax machines. Anyone else had any experience incorporating other call outcome cases? eg. disconnected number, etc.?

Not really, we just use it for AMD at the sites that we've set it up for.
