What is the best file format to use for a Lead List:
CSV or Tab Delimited?

Tab delimited is usually the best to use.

i have a windows app i'm beta testing that will convert a "phones only" list to a "vici uploadable" list in two steps (open, save as). if you're interested in it. (it will convert 120k leads to tab delimited in about 20 seconds on a cheap box)

i'm hoping to expand it to a Universal Lead Manager some day. right now it works very nicely, but i'd like some input and broader testing on it before i do the next version.

not like it's difficult software, but i've noted that it's easy to screw up that simple conversion no matter how often you've done it or how you do it.
