ratio Dialing

please help me, our system is working with manual dialing but when i select ratio dialing we havent receive any live call , here is the asterisk CLI output:

I don't see the 'o' flag being used in your outbound Dial string. Please be sure it's in there.

look in the samples in extensions.conf for the necessary lines and what goes on them for your outbound dialing.

exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(${TRUNKX}/${EXTEN:1},,To)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup
Make special note of the line that says "This 'o' Dial flag is ..."

rather than creating your own "exten" it's best if you find the definition of the TRUNKX global variable and just redefine TRUNKX=SIP/XXXX to your carrier, so it will go to the appropriate SIP context for your carrier, but will use all the required settings of Vicidial in the _91NXXNXXXXXX extension (because you won't be changing the extension, so it will work!).

all three lines are necessary, and everything on them is necessary.

where i can find the 'o' flag? im so sorry im not familiar with this..i already read the managers manual over and over again...i am a newbie with this system

ok i will test anf find that portion..hope this will work...is it ok that i will get the 9 of the _91NXXNXXXXXX..?
coz we are calling for canada..

the 9 is not related to any calling area. it is in fact ONLY used to bring the call to this extension. it is then discarded when it gets here. it is how we can have multiple setups in one server.

in your campaign you place the "9" in the dial prefix. that is how asterisk knows to come HERE. then the 9 is discarded by EXTEN:1 (the :1 means drop the first digit).

i already edit the TRUNKX in the globals of the extensions.conf, i set it to TRUNKX=SIP/default

we received 1 live call with the x-lite pc but in the other VOIP phone we dont recieved live calls. here is the CLI output:
