Need Vicidial Customization

Hello all,

We are looking to customize vicidial and below are the details in a basic framework needed. Also we have mentioned our terms for this project. This is not a one time project, we have several clients so each has their own requirement but basic structure will be same for all.

1. Interface Cusomization
2. CRM Integration
3. Database integration
4. Project based customization
5. Support & Training

Our terms

1:We do not pay any kind of upfront
2:We will pay on work progress basis
3:Project time frame should not exceed 4 weeks

We are already doing this for many clients, as is everyone else on this forum, or at least most. You should contact the Vicidial Group directly. Call the number, they are very good at this and BUILT this system.

That being said: Your terms are acceptable assuming that before the first payment is made the project will reside on MY servers (no payment = I shut down the server, fair enough?).

After the first payment has been made, we would move the paid portions of the system to YOUR servers.

This, by the way, is also very handy for system creation as we use virtual servers for development anyway. (You can't tell they're virtual unless you "load them", otherwise they think they're real!)

I will need detailed requirements for the areas of integration and information to be "moved" or "shared" and how.

The ViciDial Group only does consulting work on a pre-paid basis, we've been burned way too many times in the past to do post-paid work anymore.
