Hello every one,
I'm trying to find a way to do 3 transfers.
First the agent will transfer to the first closer and then closer will then transfer to a verifier and then verifier will send to TPV.
thanks

Wow, that sounds complicated. Will this all be on the same server except for the last transfer?
You can do transfers as a CLOSER into another in-group, I tested it to see that is was possible, but I've never tried it in production.
Will you have several different groups or just one group of closers and one group of verifiers?

Hello Matt,
I know I don’t know why we are running the program,
We have set up the closer campaigns and inbound groups but we are not sure how to transfer from the second transfer to the last transfer.
How would we set that up?

Well, I would suggest just trying to press the INTERNAL CLOSER button for the second level transfer and see what shows up for the IN-GROUP in the vicidial_auto_calls table(campaign_id field), then create an IN-GROUP for that value and have your last level of verifiers select that IN-GROUP to take calls from.
Let me know if that works.

What you have said above is what we now have set up but we are not able to transfer to the third person which would be a second closer.
This is what we are trying to do.
3 agents that will be transferring to closer number 1
3 agents which will be a closer number 1
6 agents on who will be taking calls from the agents and from closer number 1.
Let me know your thoughts.
Also we are running three servers now
One for the dialer
One for the Data base
One for the recordings
But still our load is about 6 with about 20 agents.
I have read everything I can about load on the forum.
Bad ram
Codec - we are using is g729 but we have tried GSM not much of a difference.
Dial time out
We are using a zhone channel bank
the dialer is a XEon 3.0, 200GB Sata, 4GB RAM ECC
The Data base is an AMB 200GB IDE, 1GB Ram
The recordings server is a Xeon 2.4, 80GB SATA, 512 RAM
I know you say SCSI is the best to use but would if make a big difference if we had all server with a SCSI other then SATA?
Any help would be great.

an average loadavg of 6 could be causing you problems. What is the exact purpose of this recording server?
SCSI drives might help slightly with load, but their real advantage is with reliability(they can handle full-recording-mode all-day for years) and speed(which leads to less issues with recordings)
I will have to try out 3rd-level closers for myself on Monday to see if I can get it to work.
