Inbound configuration not working vicidialnow 1.2

Postby ykhan » Wed Jun 17, 2009 6:54 pm

I am trying to setup inbound with VicidialNow 1.2. I was following the tutorial C,(although I did change things like campaign names etc.). I am stuck at the following:

Code: Select all
17. Because you logged into a CLOSER-enabled campaign, you should now see a green screen with the listing of all in-groups. Click on the SALESLINE group in the left side column and then click SUBMIT at the bottom of the screen. There is also a BLENDED check-box on this green screen. You would select that if you want to do blended calling where outbound calls are placed from that campaign while agents are also taking inbound calls.

I don't see the green screen. I setup an In Group called INBOUND. Then I setup my DID and set its In Group to INBOUND and DID Route to IN_GROUP. Then I created a Campaign called IN_CALLS, enabled the Allow Inbound and Blended, and selected Allowed Transfer Groups checkbox for INBOUND. THen logged in as an Agent but not Green screen. I do get the login session call though and hear the "Only person in conf."

Ok, so this proves it...I am going blind or becoming senile. In the campaigns page the Allowed Inbound Groups should also point to INBOUND (in this case)

Is your user set to be allowed to choose in-groups?

What is your dial method?

SOrry, I need to clarify here. I had an issue, but resolved it by selecting the appropriate checkbox for the In Group calls should go to for the Allowed Inbound Groups setting in the Campaign Detail page.
