Hi all! Is it possible to get an inbound number to remote agents dial a Vicidial box and log in to the system?

Yes. you would use the 'callin' phone login and the 2345 dial in AGI script(agi-AGENT_dial_in.agi) in the trunkinbound context of the dialplan to accomplish this. There is also more information on this in the Manager Manual.

Hi,
Have setup groundwork community edition.for monitoring windows servers I am using WMI proxy NRPE_NT on a windows box, without installing any agents on the target box. How do i achive a simillar monitoring for linux. I do not want to install anything on the remote/target linux box. is there any any way?
