Background Music in Outbound Calls

Hi Guys,

Can someone help me on this problem, i have multi-server setup and i'm now experiencing background music during outbound calls of all agent.

Any help or solutions.

Please read the Stickies (requirement! those are the posts at the top of the list that have old dates and say "Sticky"). Then put your hardware/software setup along with versions and any "extra" software you've installed into your "signature" so you don't have to remember it.

Without your version information ... this won't get very far. If the guy who knows the answer to this question comes on once a day, and your version information isn't here when he looks ... you missed a great shot at a free solution. Right?

Are these manual dial calls or calls straight out from the phones without being logged in?

Can this be reproduced reliably enough to show a CLI from asterisk during the event? (without 200 lines of code that is ...) Preferably starting with "Dial" or "call log" and ending with the "Playback"
