Transfer buttons

hello. i just want to know what are the uses of the different uses of the buttons that displays when im doing a transfer. honestly i do not know how to use those things.

No problem, download the FREE agent manual from EFLO.net.

Wouldn't hurt to download the manager's manual as well (also free for the startup version). After you learn what vicidial can do ... you will begin to understand what each of the buttons is for. Although most will become obvious just from help screens and the manual fairly quickly.

I finally downloaded and read the free agent's manual. we also bought the managers manual for reference. It really helped us a lot.
