how can i change the link of recording from gsm to wav

this problem makes me sick, i know this is simple but i cant get the solution. please help.

i want to change the link of the recording, from gsm to wav. we cant play the gsm file, we want the wav one.

You need to comment out the 2nd audio processing script in your crontab, the cone that converts it to a GSM file.

Also, you can play GSM files with Apple Quicktime or Wavepad, both are free.

the link is now pointing to wav.

my only problem is when i click, it says you dont have the permission to access the link to wav

You don't have permission to access /RECORDINGS/20090701-075855_XXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXX-all.wav on this server.

You need to edit your http conf for that.

Plus set permission to the folder where the recordings are located so that you can access it thru your browser.
