You can safely ignore it. It doesn't really do anything for your VicidialNOW system.

ok, why is is my asterisk dont run after i got this error. im using latest version of vicidialNow

It could be to a number of reasons. Misconfiguration or missing Asterisk config files. Harddisk full. Database server hasn't started yet and etcetera. You need to provide more information on what's happening to your system.
