the server just hanged up-so i try to restart the server then beyond that i can start the Predictive dialing even set to the highest 3.5, agent able to login to the PD wen interface then manage to used it but now getting any calls at all
Campaign settings:
RATIO 3.0
Drop 30 seconds
sip trunk is reachable. 213 ms
leads are loaded on the hopper.
Test with manual dial with web interface able to dial and be on livecall.
CLI output with predictive dialing = no activity at all signed of asterisk is dialing ( can only see when login on the meetme welcome after that no activity)
Tried restarting asterisk-same thing.
try re creating campaign, users, list and loading new leads-same thing no signed of asterisk dialing ( agnet are pressing the resume mode) no live call.
If i may try to re install the astguiclient==> how do i do it? might correct the problem. how do i run it again.
