how to dial in to vicidial.

I ve installed vicidial and i need to make a dial in to the agent so that the agent can receive call.Pls help.thanks in advance.

yes i have gone through the manuals but still cant lay my hands on wat to do.pls tell me wat to do to go further..

I have similar challenge. Having gone through the manager's manual and the tutorial, there is no where point to how to dial to an agent through another agent. What I mean is an agent to be able to dial to another agent within the call centre. That will let us simulate how external call will be received from the agent without an FXO card installed.

The system is not designed to do this. Have you tried using the performance testing leads?

Wait a minute, this was achieved in the vicibox demo iso CD. The system kept redialing itself after a defined period of time. How was it achieved in the vicibox iso demo CD?
