Multiple Carrier

I have 2 carriers.

I want to use Carrier1 with Campaign 1 AND Carrier2 with Campaign 2.

I guess that possible absolutely.

I use Extension 9 as Carrier 1 and Extension 7 as Carrier 2.

But when I make BOTH active , none of the work. When anyone is active , it works smoothly.

What could be the Issue ?

could you define "none of them work"?

do you mean they don't dial? do you mean they dial, but the calls don't get to the agents? noone answers? the server shuts off the lights in the room and everyone runs out screaming?

there are many things that could cause this (tiny bandwidth being overloaded by too many calls ... all sorts of weird things).

so what is your asterisk CLI output when "none of them work"?
