Help,,I have this problem.
my time on my server is not the same as what is displayed on the agent's screen nor on the manager's scree. How do i sync their times?
also on the agents screen when they login and press the resume button after a few seconds a popup message appears saying your session has been paused. how do i fix it. its preventing my agents to call.
