predictive dialer

hi all,

i try ( for my problem on the queue) , setting the predictive dialer in ratio mode ... ...


work fine !!! i test and send the result !!

with the predictive dialer set to adaptive_average and tapered , it would seem d'ont work fine !!! the customer remaing in loop on the queue and after the call not placed .

Make sure you are running the AST_VDadapt.pl script on one of the servers.

yes ... sure .. the file AST_vdadapt .. exist in my crontab...

the predictive is very functionally...

the problem now is the queue....

now test end send the result....
