i have 2 suggestion for vicidial support

ok the first one for exemple i use the auto mode dialing after the agent make his call so here i need to make his STATUS lead then i want to see status lead with no variable as for exemple "DNC-DO NOT CALL" i want agent view his status dialing directly as this "DO NOT CALL".
this first it is possible ?
second in the same thing maybe for exemple agent do his dial and then he go to his status lead for exemple here the agent sleep or he is lazy and he don"t want make his status it is a solution make same thing with timing to do his status lead with force and then he pass to the other lead dialing .
this too it is possible ?

ViciDial currently does not have any way to force a disposition status on an agent after a time period.
