maybe i have understand all thing in vicidial just one this it"s the recording file as mp3 in vicidialnow because i have found vicidialnow the best solution to use this solution and more stable ans easy as vicibox or osdial or the scratch mode .
so please give me a way to make record as mp3 directly not as wav and what i need to setup ;what i need to change to make it;the crontab or other thing also please i don't want to save it as the wav format with XXX.all and xxxx.in or xxxx.out i want it directly as xxx.all
please please give me a way or solution to do this colpression as format mp3.
