How to change ip address in vici dial

hi iam totally new to this default ip vicial dial assigns is 192.168.1.1 .I want to change it to 192.168.2.1 .I tried using update_server_ip all in vain.Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for your prompt reply.Step 1 is done.Step 2 would be configuring it which i see is really hard lets see if i able to find any good coumentation for configuration
