As has been mentioned several times, this is not "stock" CentOS, ViciDialNOW has been modified in many ways to make it more stable and better suited to high-volume Asterisk/ViciDial usage than stock CentOS is.

In one server I have done Vicibox and Its awesome.

But in another server I need to do it "remotely" and in that location they don't have anyone technical to do and follow all those steps.

Thats why.

Install Vicidialnow and I can configure it remotely.

I don't think the number of questions for VicidialNOW and Vicibox differ that much. But that's me. LOL

Also, if you have it installed already, you have an .iso ... if it's old you can install and then upgrade to latest greatest quite easily. If you just have the CD you can MAKE an .iso from it and transmit it ...

I think it would be a good idea to go to sourceforge and ask that question. Honestly.

After that, if the new one isn't downloadable, i'd still go with vicibox, but if you really want VicidialNOW, go ahead and install the old one and then upgrade the installed version of Vicidial to the newest. Remotely, of course.

Once per customer. By the way, I tested it and it downloaded at 1MB/Sec. I'm impressed.

But at 571MB ... I'm not sure how long this one will last, it will be interesting to find out. Great that you hosted it yourself, though. Excellent.

i think i may have a couple in a cd stack or backup. i generally use vicibox, though. but if you need a retro copy to make it available to publish ... i could arrange for a link.

OK my provider just took off my blog due to 400 gb of download for that file alone. I was like WTF

Hmmm hosting an ISO is probably a very bad idea if I am just paying 2usd per month for that hosting lol.

The charges for the extra bandwidth I consumed is probably on the way too yay!

Well, I could use some "unused" capacity. I have a site with unlimited transfer (at least I've tried and not reached the limits to date! LOL).

But I can't put it on 24/7 as I have other things happening for which I need the bandwidth. So I could put it on to be available in the wee hours ONLY. Which beats nothing, I would suspect.

Any interest in a 2AM->7AM EST availability?
