monitoring status

Hi, i got issues on monitoring 30 Agents on the call floor, on my web browser where i monitor all agents display PAUSE on yellow color, but they are all currently calling, even i tried refresh for several times-->still getting the status PAUSE but agents are IN CALLS.

Tried to restart the server, during the first minutes its fine but when its getting busy calls-same problem arise..

Anyone have idea on this. immediate correction i do is i let the agent re logout and re login...

the setup of this is 1 Web/Databased server and 1 Asterisk server.

1 Asterisk server => 2 nics Lan and Wan
1 Databsed server => 1 Local

And i tried to check the logs of mysql service on my databaed server i find this on the error logs:

obviously that's causing the problem

repair your mysql database.

repair means--> re install it or just reload the mysql--->is there any script which would correct this....problem
