vtiger + surveycampaign

Hello,
I've just created a survey campaign in ViciDial. The survey campaign allows the user to enter in certain KEYS, ie (1 to be transfered), 8 to be removed.

I ran a campign yesterday, I had 9 people press the 1 option to be transfered. Is there a way I can pass that lead onto vtiger so that it shows up as a possible lead with the customer data attached to it?

the Vtiger integration has to have the call go to an agent to log it to Vtiger.
