Blended calls..

Hi i setup an Inbound campaign calls for my vicidial and also i have existing outbound campaign, now when i tried to enable the blended calls for my ourbound campaign( i get inbound calls and outbound calls).

i tried also setting the inbound campaign for blended getting the same outbound and inbound calls--> problem is when i tried to focus o setting the inbound purely for inbound( disable the blended functions) still im getting the outbound calls on my outbound campaign,

ive checked it and leads on the hopper i get on my inbound campaign are coming form the outbounds.

users for both campaign are used but they are based on schedules..of the campaign. Any ideas why this going through..

Please post your configuration (hardware, software, versions, any extra software on the box ...) after reading the Stickies (required reading). Also read the manual (also required reading).

After you do that, and you go through the exercise for setting up blended campaigns, please tell us the exact steps you took to convert from outbound only to blended.

And while you're at it, since you're not new here, please commit your configuration to your signature so you don't have to remember to do it again next time.
