Why "length_in_sec" field in the table closer_log is present in correspondence of the states "QUEUE" and "DROP" in inbound campaigns? Should be zero?Thanks!

that is the length of the call, not the talk time.

Ok! I had understood: but the length of the call of a "queue" or a "drop" should not be 0 since no one answered?
