Vtiger intergration and Bulk Accoutn imports

In the Managers Manual it states that:

- Bulk import Accounts into Vtiger, because the built-in Vtiger lead importer cannot handle large imports. This functionality must be done by a system Administrator
- Daily synchronization of Account details from Vtiger back into ViciDial

When I did the integration, only users and groups were synched. How do I do the above?

I have read through tht eVTIGER.txt and had some questions:

1. We started dialing before Vtiger integration and now we want to copy the leads and dispositions from calls already made into Vtiger, is this possible with the /usr/share/astguiclient/Vtiger_IN_new_accounts_file.pl script?
2. If we, as the next step for synching, "output them from Vtiger and then load them into VICIDIAL", will this cause issues with the alerady dialed leads, i.e. reset dispos or anything?
3. Is there a maximum file size for the leads csv file for import to Vtiger through script?

Yes, that is the proper import script.

There is an import/update SYNC script that will take the Vtiger accounts and synchronize the ViciDial leads to the Vtiger accounts, and anything not in as an account in ViciDial will be put into a list that you can load using the CLI lead loader(these steps can be easily added to the crontab)

There is no maximum file size that we have found yet. At most I loaded 60,000 Vtiger Accounts at once. But keep in mind that the more accounts you load into Vtiger the slower it will be. It was nit designed to handle millions like ViciDial is.

What I understand from this is that the SYNC script will look at the accounts in Vtiger and compare them to Vcicidial leads (across all lists). Then if some Accounts are not in any of the Vicidial Leads, a new list is created. Now for the question, when I run /usr/share/astguiclient/Vtiger_IN_new_accounts_file.pl, it will copy all of the leads in the CSV to Vtiger Accounts with their dispos. WHen I sync back, no new lists should be created then correct?

Typically we have only done this using a single list ID.

They sync script will not create new list_ids.
