Asterisk Queue / Event Logger restarted

Hello,

Im new to vicidial. im getting the below output on my cli. It slows my system and eats a lot of disk space. Please advice how to resolve this kind of problem.

Asterisk Event Logger restarted
Asterisk Queue Logger restarted
Rotated Logs Per SIGXFSZ (Exceeded file size limit)

We're all ready to help, but we have no idea what you have installed or what your problem could be unless someone just happens to have had the exact problem you have.

So: please post your complete setup (hardware, software with versions including vicidial version, other software installed in the box) and please put this into your signature for future use so you don't have to repeat yourself later.

Then read the stickies (required) and the manager's manual (also required) to see if there is any help in there for you.

Im using Asterisk 1.2.21 with astguiclient_2.0.2 running on Debian.
2 box:
1 for web server, 1 for asterisk and recordings

Pc Specs:

pentium D
2gb RAM

1) Is there any other software running on the box?

2) Upgrade! (download the latest version and you will find upgrade instructions in it ...)

OR

You can install the latest version of Vicibox Server (Vicibox.com) and move your data into it. You will be very happy with the newer version. Vicibox has Vicidial 2.0.5 in it.

Temporary assistance for drive space recovery: the log folder for Vicidial can be emptied (certainly of any log files over a day old). In most systems it is /var/log/astguiclient.
